Application scope of automatic bag making machine

Material:    various compound films. 

Thickness: 50~200μ.

Roll folding: max width: 1350mm, 

                  max diameter: 700mm.(up and low two layer)

Bagging speed: 100 parts/min (mechanical design speed).

Feed speed: 30mm.

Bagging max length: 50-400mm, (multiple conveying device can be adopted when over-long).

Notes: The actual operation speed will reduce for the reason of difference of the bag type and material.

Fabrication: put the warp beam horizontally,up and low feed at the same time.

Control: tension is automatically controlled by swimming roller, magnetic powder brake,sensors, etc.

Measurement for length: distance between color scales can be measured photo-electrically.

Selectivity: feeding without movement, upper & lower regulating trimmer can be selected.
